LOVELL PROMOTED TO LEAD MANAGER FOR INVESCO BALANCED FUND
Denver, CO - September 29, 2000 - INVESCO Funds Group announced today thatPeter Lovell has been named lead portfolio manager for the INVESCO BalancedFund. Previous lead managers Charles Mayer, Director of Income EquityInvestments, and Jerry Paul, Director of Fixed Income Investments, willcontinue to assist Mr. Lovell in co-management roles. Co-manager of the $900million fund since 1998, Lovell will maintain the fund's investmentobjective of high total return through capital growth and current income.....
