Denver, CO - November 13, 2001 - INVESCO Funds Group announced today that it
is offering customers the option of receiving all fund and account
documentation securely via the Internet. "We work very hard to determine the
services that provide the most value to our clients. Because our e-Delivery
services enable us to send information directly to someoneís computer, we can
now offer clients fast access to all company documentation with greater
efficiency, speed, and reliability than before," said Ray Cunningham,

To receive e-Delivery, customers must visit the company's web site,
www.invescofunds.com, click on the "Go Paperless sm" icon, then follow the
registration steps. Shareholders may then select the information they wish to
receive via email, which could include account statements fund prospectuses
and annual/semi-annual reports. "This service is faster than traditional mail
delivery, not to mention safer and more convenient," added Cunningham.
