INVESCO FUNDS INTRODUCES ONLINE INVESTMENT TRACKING VIA QUICKEN



Denver, CO - February 28, 2001 - INVESCO Funds Group announced today that it has expanded its web services to include Quicken Online Investment Tracking, an investment account download service. "This is yet another way that we can better serve our shareholders. This compelling service will enable customers to download their INVESCO Funds financial account information from one location," said Jon Pauley, Vice President of Electronic Commerce for INVESCO Funds Group.

Quicken Online Investment Tracking allows customers to use a direct Internet connection to download current balances, transactions and holdings from their INVESCO Funds Group accounts into Quicken. Through Quicken, customers are provided a comprehensive solution to manage their investment portfolio in one place, empowering them to make smarter financial decisions. This new online service connects investors to their investment account information via the OFX (Open Financial Exchange) protocol over the Internet.
